For client security reasons, FIIG do not keep a record of client passwords. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset by clicking the ‘reset password’ link on the online login page. An email will be sent to your default email address containing instructions for resetting your password.

FIIG online login allows up to five successful login attempts in a row, after which your online account will be locked for safety. Unlocking your online account is a straight-forward process, simply contact FIIG for assistance on 1800 01 01 81.
All FIIG clients and trial users will be issued a unique FIIG ID. Your FIIG ID will have been sent to your nominated email address and is an 8 digit code. If you have not received or have misplaced your FIIG ID, please contact FIIG on 1800 01 01 81.
