FIIG Securities, its Board and staff foster a culture of corporate and social responsibility and employ practices to operate our business sustainably.

FIIG conducts a Corporate and Community Charitable Giving program in conjunction with our staff and supports a diverse range of charitable, community and arts organisations on an regular basis.  We also maintain a Charitable Trust for the benefit of a group of specific community organisations and charitable causes and beneficiaries.

FIIG promotes environmental sustainability and practices carbon reduction initiatives across its business and offices throughout Australia. 

Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA)

The Agency was created by the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 to promote and improve gender equality in Australian workplaces.

Relevant employers are required to report to the Agency. A relevant employer is a non-public sector employer with 100 or more employees in Australia for any six months or more of a reporting period, 1 April of one year to 31 March of the following year. FIIG is deemed a relevant employer.
