Don is based in Brisbane and is the former CEO of Sunsuper, which under his leadership from 1996 to June 2007 grew funds under management from $0.6bn to over $12bn. Previously Don was an executive with AMP in Australia, London and New Zealand.
Rob is based in Sydney and has extensive experience in capital markets both in Australia and overseas. He was the co-founder of Dominguez & Barry in 1976 (at that time Australia's only specialist fixed income broker) and Chief Executive of Dominguez Barry Samuel Montagu Ltd, a predecessor to UBS Australia, and Head of International Capital Markets for the Midland Bank Group in the UK.
Adam Lewis is an alumnus of McKinsey & Company, where he spent 20 years as an advisor to major firms and governments in Australia & New Zealand, Asia, Europe and North America rising to become Managing Partner Australia & New Zealand for seven years. Since leaving McKinsey in 2010, Adam has become Chairman of Southern Innovation and has established two successful advisory firms, namely, Chop Wood Carry Water (a provider of independent advice for corporations) and Cast Professional Services (which provides consulting resources for corporations in need of short-term or project expertise).
