Michael Massingham - Chief Operating Officer

Michael has over 20 year's Financial Services experience specialising in the management of business operations within Investment managers, Custodians and Mortgage Servicing operations. Before joining FIIG, Michael operated his own Operational Improvements consulting practice. Michael's previous roles also included: General Manager, Servicing at non-bank lender Firstmac; Head of Product Management at ANZ Custodian Services; and Head of the Custody business for Citigroup Australia and New Zealand.

Michael is a CPA with an Executive MBA from the AGSM- University of NSW, Graduate Diploma in Commercial Computing (QUT), Graduate Diploma in Investment & Applied Finance and a Bachelor of Business - Accountancy (QUT).

Adrian Dixon - Chief Information Officer

Adrian has worked in Financial Services in IT for over 11 years in Australia and Europe.   He joins FIIG from Sunsuper where he has held the role of Chief Information Officer for the past 3 years. Adrian’s experience spans across large, global organizations and small, specialized financial services businesses in general management and strategic roles.

Adrian holds a Bachelor of Information Technology, majoring in e-Commerce.

John Prickett - Chief Financial Officer

John has over 19 years of experience in accounting and finance including 13 years working for Investment Banks in London, Zurich, New York, Singapore and Sydney. John's recent experience in Brisbane has seen him work on a number of significant infrastructure projects. John joined FIIG in 2010 and was promoted to the position of Chief Financial Officer in March 2011.

John has a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and is a Member of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants.

Sandra Philpott – Chief Marketing Officer

Sandra is a Senior Marketing and Business Executive who has general and functional management experience across the financial services, telecommunications and NFP sectors.  She has also consulted to small and medium enterprises - providing leadership and expertise in developing new markets through acquisition and organic growth, reviewing distribution channels and "go to market" strategies.

Sandra was Head of Customer Marketing at Telstra,  GM Marketing for the Business Bank at Westpac, VP Marketing and later Managing Director of Vendor Finance at GE and has held senior marketing positions in both the insurance and mortgage categories.

Tamara Radice - Director, Institutional Investment and Planner Services

Tamara has 15 years experience in the Australian financial markets and has been with FIIG since 2005. In July 2009, Tamara was promoted to the role of Head of Sales. Prior to FIIG, Tamara spent nine years with ANZ Investment Bank working in fixed income sales, sovereign debt trading and securities trading.

Tamara holds a Bachelor of Commerce with an accounting major and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investments.

Justin McCarthy - Director, Financial Institutions and Corporate Research

Justin has over 18 years experience in the financial services industry and has been with FIIG since establishing the Research team in 2007.

Starting his career as a Chartered Accountant, Justin has spent the past 13 years as a credit research specialist in the banking and funds management fields including roles such as Head of Credit, Asia at Alliance Capital Management; Credit Manager at Credit Suisse First Boston (London); and Credit Manager, Corporate Banking at National Australia Bank (Hong Kong).

Justin has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne, a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from AGSM and was admitted as a Chartered Accountant in 1997.

Mark Todd - Director, Institutional Relationships

Mark has over 25 years experience in financial markets across all global markets, dealing with customers in Asia, Europe and America. Mark has been with FIIG since 2010.

Prior to joining FIIG Mark worked in private equity in the United States specialising in insurance assets. Mark's career started with Tullett Prebon Australia where he was promoted to Managing Director for the Australian office.

Mark is completing an Executive MBA from the AGSM - University of NSW
