Company History

FIIG Securities Limited (Fixed Income Investment Group) ('FIIG') was founded by the current Managing Director, Jim Stening, in March 1999. FIIG is a public unlisted company wholly owned by Driven Holdings Pty Limited, whose shareholders are FIIG's directors, employees and some external individual investors who have an association with FIIG. Driven is not owned by, or aligned to, any financial institution.

FIIG is a member of the Australian Financial Markets Association (AFMA).
